Step 2: Secure Your Bidding Rights

To place a live bid, a refundable security deposit is required. This ensures buyer seriousness and is a mandatory policy of all major auction houses in Japan.

• The deposit remains your property and is fully refundable upon request.

• It is only held as a guarantee of payment if your bid is successful.

• No deductions are made unless the bidder fails to complete the purchase after winning, which would incur auction penalties.

Step 3: Win, Pay & Ship

If your bid is successful, or if you purchase via fixed price, you will receive an official invoice within 24 hours.
This invoice includes:

• Vehicle price

• Domestic transport to port

• Auction house fees & agent charges

After successful purchase of the car, the vehicle is transported to our yard or the nearest possible port (Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe/Osaka) for shipment.
